Grandmother's Blessing- Mark Hopkins Bronze Sculpture

Grandmother's Blessing is from Hopkins' Native American Series. With her hand forming the Native American sign of blessing, this venerable matriarch gives benediction to her tribe. In years past, her body issued forth new life, now her body is bent and weary, but from her eyes shines goodness and wisdom of years. This genuine solid bronze was cast in 1998, and is a limited edition piece numbered 270/450. It is signed, dated, numbered and is also accompanied by the artist thumbprint. It stands approximately 17" tall, 10" across and is 7" inches deep.
